Access requirements

The Program is aimed at candidates with proven work experience of at least 5 years with strong ambition and awareness of their skills. Passion for continuous confrontation, orientation to team working, motivation and aptitude for change and innovation will be assessed at interview.

A bachelor's degree or old-school degree and at least 5 years of work experience are prerequisites .

Qualifications or experience: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent professional qualification, or significant and relevant work experience.

English language: Fluent level (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) or proven use of the language in daily work.

Professional experience: At least 3 years of work experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.

Personal attitudes: Ambition, awareness, team spirit, focus on change and innovation.

The program

The MBA in Supply Chain & Operations is an immersive program that combines theory and practice to train leaders capable of driving innovation in global operations and supply chain management. Through modules ranging from strategic management to the introduction of emerging technologies in business processes, participants will acquire the skills to rethink the value chain in a sustainable, resilient, and data-driven way.

1. Management Foundations

The form:

  • It is designed to explore the intricate interaction between individuals, groups, and organizations, drawing on a rich heritage of theoretical and empirical insights from management, psychology, sociology, and economics.
  • Examine the multifaceted dynamics of organizational behavior, exploring how individuals and groups come together and are shaped by their organizational contexts.
  • Analyzes organizations as complex social systems, revealing the forces that drive organizational change and adaptation.
  • Explore the balance between stability and innovation and the critical role of leadership in navigating turbulent environments, including theories of leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence for performance management.
  • It traces the key developments in management thinking, from Scientific Management to the Human Relations Movement, to understand how past theories inform current management practices.


We discuss how to create value through the effective organization and management of groups and teams. We introduce the key principles of human resource management (recruitment, training, performance), marketing (information management, communication, brand management), and finance (budgeting, risk management, cash flow). Finally, the module analyzes more subtle but crucial aspects such as the role of aesthetics and emotions in the workplace, contemporary power dynamics, and forms of organizational resistance.

In an environment dominated by uncertainty, change and global interconnectedness, leading is not enough: you need to understand, adapt and inspire. This module will take you to the heart of contemporary leadership, exploring evolutionary models, communication strategies, diversity management, and ethical vision. Through hands-on experiences, real-world cases, and discussion with top leaders, you'll develop the skills to lucidly address today's complex challenges -- and anticipate those of tomorrow.

3. Managing Digital Transformation for a Sustainable Future

The Managing Digital Transformation for a Sustainable Future module is designed to explore the fundamentals of digital transformation as a critical imperative for organizations aiming for long-term sustainability. The course explores how emerging organizations must align their structures and practices with a rapidly changing digital landscape, and how established organizations also need significant transformation to meet present and future needs.

The module focuses on three key aspects:

  • Principles and Strategies for Sustainable Digital Transformation: This section explores the key concepts of digital transformation and the practical challenges organizations face in managing change and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Technological and Operational Innovation in Digital Transformation: This section explores the technological trends driving innovation and how new technologies can be leveraged to gain competitive advantage and drive transformation. 
  • Sustainability Integrated into Digital Strategy and Operations: The final section focuses on a detailed analysis of the three pillars of sustainability (environmental, social, and economic) and how to integrate them into business strategies. 

4. Strategic Management in a Dynamic World

In an ever-changing world where disruption, innovation and geopolitical complexity redefine the rules of the game every day, leading an organization requires strategic vision and adaptability.

This module will take you into the heart of contemporary business strategy, providing you with tools to analyze the competitive environment, make high-impact decisions, and design sustainable, collaborative, future-oriented strategies.

In an era defined by digitalization and rapid commercial change, the efficiency and resilience of supply chains are crucial to maintaining and enhancing competitiveness.
  • It aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand supply chain dynamics and leverage AI for operations optimization. It will provide a critical overview of best practices in operations management, procurement, and logistics, delving into methodologies and tools for optimizing inventory management and developing accurate demand forecasts. Diagnostic tools and quantitative methodologies, such as sigma calculation and data analysis, will be explored to identify areas for improvement and build roadmaps for continuous improvement.
  • Examine how digitization is revolutionizing supply chain operations and processes, exploring the impact of emerging technologies and Industry 4.0/5.0 to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and traceability, while enhancing decision-making. The focus will be on the practical application of Artificial Intelligence to optimize specific aspects such as inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics process automation, presenting real-life case studies.
  • Address the complexities of managing global supply chains in a dynamic geopolitical environment, exploring strategies for risk mitigation and identifying future opportunities, with a focus on ethics in international supply chains. Strategies and tools for building resilient and sustainable supply chains will be examined, discussing methods for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, and how innovative technologies can support the development of sustainable operations, ensuring continuity and adaptability.

6. Technologies for Data Analysis & Process Execution

The Technologies for Data Analysis & Process Execution module:

  • It offers an in-depth and critical exploration of advanced technologies aimed at improving business process efficiency and reducing errors. Participants will gain insights into Intelligent Business Process Management (iBPM) platforms, considered the backbone of modern operations, and explore the transformative potential of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation (IA).
  • It covers the role of industrial automation, Industry 4.0, and the emerging paradigm of Industry 5.0 in promoting operational efficiency. Participants will also learn about the applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in process improvement, focusing on predictive operations, supply chain digitization, and real-time operational control.
  • It also explores key technologies such as Process Mining, which enables process analysis and the identification of areas for improvement, and Digital Twin, which allows scenario simulations to assess organizational impact. Through real-world examples, participants will learn how to leverage the potential of data intelligence, AI applications, and cybersecurity to optimize processes and drive organizational success.

7. Business Issues Report

An individual project on a topic relevant to your professional development. With the support of a mentor, you will develop applied research and present your findings by simulating a pitch to a senior management team.

  • Present your results in a pitch before a panel of experts.

What level of seniority or professional experience is required to access the program?

The MBA in Operations & Supply Chain is designed for professionals and managers with a solid background who wish to lead innovation and digital transformation processes.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must have a bachelor's or master's degree and/or at least five years of work experience, including two years in management roles.

We are looking for candidates with:
– strong ambition and awareness of their skills;

Is a specific academic qualification required, or does the assessment of work experience prevail?

At least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required. The selection process also evaluates the candidate's professional background, motivation, and leadership potential.

What are the admission requirements for this program?

Bachelor's degree (e.g., BA, BSc, Laurea) in an appropriate field of study, such as economics, business, engineering, statistics (appropriate means a bachelor's degree with a component of mathematics or statistics), or an equivalent professional qualification, or demonstrable and relevant work experience in the field;

What documents and materials are required for the application?

To apply, you must submit:
– University degree
– English language certification or a letter from your employer attesting to your daily use of English in a professional setting. Alternatively, an initial assessment will be required to verify your language level

How will my application be evaluated?

It will be evaluated based on the documents submitted, the opinion expressed by the Orientation & Admission team, and the program director.

When will I receive a response regarding my application?

First step: Submission of the required documents (CV, diploma, English language assessment, proven work/management experience, etc.).

Second step: Interview with the Orientation & Admission Team, aimed at assessing the candidate's requirements, within 3-5 working days of sending the documentation.

Step 3: Motivational interview with Matthew Cooper, the program director, within one week of confirmation by the Orientation & Admission Team.

Outcome: Confirmation or rejection of the candidate within 3-5 business days of the motivational interview.

Deadline for submitting documentation: January 30, 2026.

How do you balance attending the program with a busy work schedule?

The program is part-time and blended (18 months), combining face-to-face modules and online activities, allowing even those with significant work responsibilities to attend.
This training program includes only one face-to-face session every two months and two-hour online sessions in the evening during the week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). The calendar is also provided well in advance, leaving plenty of time to organize your schedule accordingly.

What does the registration fee include and not include?

The registration fee includes all teaching activities, board and lodging for activities between the start of the first day of class and the end of the last, and all Learning Experience and Career Boost activities planned throughout the course.

What qualification/certification is awarded and how is it recognized nationally and internationally?

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive an internationally recognized MBA (Master in Business and Administration) degree. Participants will also receive a diploma for completing the program and a digital open badge, which can be shared on LinkedIn in the Education section, as official certification of the skills acquired.
