  • Friday afternoon (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM) | AI EXPLORER: In-person session focused on understanding the strategic potential of AI and the digital mindset.

  • Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | AI PRACTITIONER: a full-day in-person hands-on workshop to analyze processes, automate HR workflows, and build your operational roadmap.

  • Midweek Session (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM) | AI GUARDIAN: two hours online dedicated to legal aspects, governance, algorithmic management, and the analysis of real-world case studies.
