BNL's "Futuriamo" loan

BNL Futuriamo is a loan designed to cover training costs (in Italy and abroad) with fixed interest rate, optional grace period and zero application fees. You can use it for tuition fees, materials, off-campus accommodation, and travel expenses.

Who can apply: students admitted to H-FARM Business School programs:

  • MBA
  • Executive Master's degree
  • Professional Master
  • Courses
  • Retreat

For access, BNL requires documentary evidence (e.g., confirmation of admission for Master's/MBA programs) and proof of use of the funds.

When to apply: afteradmission to the chosen study program. BNL allows you to apply for financing at any time during the course.

How to apply: operational steps

  1. Obtain documents from H-FARM Business School: admission certificate and tuition fee schedule; if useful, estimates for accommodation/transportation and teaching materials.
  2. Contact BNL: fill out the form “Request a call back" form to speak with an advisor and start the process.
  3. Prepare the relevant documentation:
    • for MBA, Executive Master, Professional Master, Courses and Retreats: confirmation of admission;
    • for expenses: evidence and estimates for future tuition fees, accommodation, transportation, PCs, tablets, and books.
  4. Finalize at the branch: sign the contract and single payment to the specified account.

Amounts and duration:

  • Amount: from €5,000 to €70,000.
  • Total duration: 6 to 10 years (72–120 months).
  • Pre-amortization (optional): 12–36 months with interest-only payments; the principal is then repaid during the amortization phase.
  • Amortization: monthly.
  • Payment: single solution.

Indicative costs (BNL example):

  • Fixed TAN: 4.75%; indicative APR 4.91% (on the amount and plan indicated by BNL).
  • Preliminary investigation: €0.
  • Substitute tax: 0.25% of the amount financed.
  • Installment payment: €0 if debited from a BNL account (otherwise €1/month).
  • Communications: €0 if electronic (€1 if paper).
  • Default interest rate: TAN increased by 2 percentage points.
  • Offer valid for loans approved until September 15, 2025 (always check for updates).

Requirements and guarantees:

  • Of legal age and resident in Italy.
  • Loan jointly held with a parent/guardian residing in Italy, or backed by guarantees deemed suitable by the bank.

Eligible expenses (examples):

  • Tuition fees for MBA, Executive Master, Professional Master, Courses, Retreats.
  • Accommodation and transportation for students living away from home.
  • Teaching materials, books, PCs/tablets.
  • Language courses, Erasmus, PhD/doctorates.

Refund: during the pre-amortization period (12–36 months), you pay only the interest; at the end of this period, you begin to repay the principal with fixed-rate installments for the remaining term (up to a total of 10 years).
