With over ten years of experience in startups, business schools, corporations, and private equity funds, he has learned that organizations only truly grow when people grow. That's why he works closely with businesses: he starts by analyzing needs in order to design experiences that generate concrete impact and lasting change.
He uses experiential facilitation, systemic team coaching, design thinking, and reflective learning. In his courses, theory and practice are intertwined: participants reflect, experiment, and build together in dynamic spaces where learning becomes action.
