Biography

Dr. Dino I. Dogan is Associate Professor of Management at the Luxembourg School of Business, where he has been contributing to research and teaching on strategy, organizational change, and management since 2025. Previously, he served as Dean of the same institution for over seven years, leading an important phase of strategic and academic development for the business school.

With over twenty-five years of experience at the helm of international companies, Dr. Dogan has built a unique profile in the European landscape, combining executive leadership, expertise in finance and M&A, and in-depth knowledge of business transformation processes. He is the Founder & Managing Director of Dogan Consulting d.o.o., a boutique consulting firm based in Zagreb, and previously founded and directed Macaklin d.o.o., a business consulting company that operated for over a decade.

In the corporate sector, he has held leading positions in the telecommunications and media industries. He was CEO of Europlakat (JCDecaux Group), CFO of Hrvatski Telekom, CFO of mobilkom austria, and Chief Integration Officer of A1 Telekom Austria AG, where he led the complex merger process between Telekom Austria and mobilkom austria. Previously, he was Senior Advisor for Boston Consulting Group and CFO of VIPnet d.o.o..

His career also has solid roots in the Alcatel group, where he held various positions before becoming General Manager of the Network Services Division, after gaining experience in controlling, logistics, project management, and management systems.

Dr. Dogan is the author of publications on inorganic growth, corporate restructuring, and strategic guidelines for the Croatian economy. He has received prestigious awards, including the European Change Communication Award.

He is a native speaker of German and Croatian, speaks English fluently, and has professional knowledge of French. He holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Stuttgart.
