Andrea Fronzetti Colladon, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Leadership and Business Intelligence and Head of the Business and Collective Intelligence Laboratory at Roma Tre University. He has served as Visiting Professor at the Department of Management at Kozminski University and was a Visiting Scholar at the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence.

In his research, Prof. Fronzetti Colladon integrates methods from network science, natural language processing, and machine learning with theories from the social sciences, psychology, the humanities, and linguistics, with the aim of promoting knowledge and discovery in the field of human management and behavior.

He teaches numerous courses on leadership, change management,social network analysis, and text mining, and is the author of over 100 scientific publications. His work has been published in leading magazines and newspapers such as Harvard Business Review, Psychology Today, Il Sole 24 Ore, Il Messaggero, and Warsaw Business Journal.
