
Luca Baraldi, an expert in strategic intelligence and policy analysis, has been analyzing the geopolitical, strategic and social impacts of emerging technologies for more than two decades. He works on cognitive automation, knowledge architectures and platform economy as strategic levers in global competition. He has supervised international projects on AI, change management, and cultural strategy in contexts of high transformational complexity, with a focus on knowledge, relational systems, and strategic placement.
Advisor to companies and startups in the digital and knowledge economy sectors, he supports universities and research centers in developing scenarios, decision models and context analysis. He is an associate member of ORBICOM - network of UNESCO Chairs in Communication and Information - ambassador of the European Digital SME Alliance and member of the steering committee of the Joint Focus Group on AI promoted by EIT and European Digital SME Alliance.
He collaborates with journals and think tanks on the topics of cognitive competition, hybrid diplomacy, and information security. Among many ongoing editorial projects, he is currently editing a glossary on strategic studies in the digital age, research on AI and the geopolitics of language, and a study on cognitive pluralism and strategic intelligence.
