Michela Vincenzi is a Senior EU Process Engineer at Amazon, where she has been working since 2020. A management engineer, she obtained her PhD in Industrial Engineering in 2020 and previously worked as a business consultant on Operations Management projects. Specializing in Operations, Logistics, and Warehousing, she has initiated and directly supervised several continuous improvement and radical innovation projects for Operations Excellence at the national and international level, developing guidelines and defining improvement plans and KPIs to increase the performance of the European network of distribution centers, identifying and designing training initiatives, and providing coaching to process engineers at European sites.
