The program

Study the theoretical concepts online, alternating between synchronous and asynchronous sessions to fit your schedule. In the classroom, you’ll jump right into action during hands-on workshops: tackle real-world briefs commissioned by partner companies and apply those same operational processes within your own organization. Develop a final project focused on a specific business challenge you face, combining training and strategic consulting to test the tools best suited to your business goals in a real-world setting.

0. Introduction & Onboarding

The rapid evolution of language models risks causing technical confusion before action is taken. In this module, you’ll analyze the structural differences between the major LLMs and understand the engineering logic behind how a chatbot works.

What to bring to work:

  • A benchmark of language models: a comparative overview to help identify the technology that best meets your business needs.
  • The Logic Map of Deep Learning: Understanding Chatbot Mechanisms to Eliminate Misinterpretations.

1. Reading, Analyzing, and Visualizing Data with AI

Business data is often locked away in complex spreadsheets, which slow down strategic decision-making. In this module, you’ll query, clean, and visualize complex databases using a no-code approach to generate predictive reports and actionable insights in just a few minutes.

What to bring to work:

  • A prompting system for analytics: querying databases using natural language to make data-driven decisions.
  • An automated decision-making framework: a model for distilling large volumes of internal feedback and reports into clear summaries.
  • A no-code visual dashboard: real-time charts and data visualizations for executive reports.
  • A map of operational patterns: identifying historical anomalies and bottlenecks in business flows.

2. Data Ethics and AI

The widespread adoption of AI raises concerns about the reliability of results and the energy impact of these systems. In this module, you will address algorithmic bias and digital sustainability, turning regulatory compliance into a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

What to bring to work:

  • An ethical evaluation framework: operational criteria for identifying model biases and ensuring transparent decision-making.
  • An ESG sustainability framework: criteria for selecting Small Language Models and cloud solutions with a low environmental impact.

3. AI Agents

Using AI merely as a passive chatbot limits its effectiveness and wastes your team’s time. In this module, you’ll design and train autonomous, no-code virtual agents capable of performing complex tasks safely and without constant supervision.

What to bring to work:

  • A custom autonomous agent: a virtual assistant programmed with rules and objectives to automate a repetitive task.
  • A secure knowledge base (RAG): a secure corporate repository containing your procedures for eliminating hallucinations.
  • A set of operational guidelines: strict rules and conduct requirements to ensure the quality of the agent’s responses.
  • A step-by-step implementation plan: the logistics strategy for rolling out the virtual assistant to your team starting Monday morning.

4. Privacy and Legacy

The adoption of AI within a company exposes the organization to copyright infringements and data privacy penalties. In this module, you will map out the European regulatory requirements of the AI Act and define company policies to secure the developed workflows.

What to bring to work:

  • An AI Act Compliance Register: Classifying the risk levels of your projects in accordance with the GDPR.
  • A data protection setup: configuring the appropriate licenses to exclude data from public model training.
  • A Departmental AI Policy: Guidelines for Managing Human Oversight and Mitigating Model Errors.

5. Orchestration of AI Agents

Individual, isolated agents can handle specific tasks but cannot manage complex processes that require operational handoffs. In this module, you’ll connect various virtual assistants to create an integrated multi-agent network that automates an entire workflow.

What to bring to work:

  • An integrated multi-agent architecture: the logical map of a process managed by specialized virtual agents.
  • An automated handoff protocol: the rules for the automatic transfer of a task from one agent to another.
  • A control and self-correction loop: a supervisory agent trained to verify and correct the outputs of the chain.
  • A system for integrating external tools: a configuration that allows agents to query No-Code APIs on their own.

6. Change Management & AI

Employees often hinder innovation due to psychological barriers, operational inertia, or fear of being replaced. In this module, you will develop the cultural transition plan needed to redefine your division’s organizational structure and approval workflows.

What to bring to work:

  • An upskilling plan for the team: an incentive and training strategy to turn employees into active users.
  • A corporate governance model: defining post-AI roles to determine who approves automations and manages the systems.

7. AI & Data and Infrastructure Security

Integrating external models exposes your company’s infrastructure to specific cyber threats and leaks of sensitive data. In this module, you’ll protect your systems by implementing the cybersecurity protocols needed to shield your data flows from AI vulnerabilities.

What to bring to work:

  • An AI System Hardening Plan: Technical Countermeasures to Neutralize Prompt Injection Attacks and Manipulation.
  • A data security protocol: infrastructure configuration rules to prevent accidental data leaks.

8. Final personal project

Applying general theoretical methods does not address the specific inefficiencies in your department. In this final module, you will develop an individual project directly applicable to your day-to-day operations, ready to be integrated into your company’s processes.

What to bring to work:

  • Process Priority Assessment (PPA): a scientific breakdown of your actual workflow to identify which tasks to delegate to AI.
  • A proven proprietary solution: your AI agent, trained on real data and documents, will be up and running by Monday morning.
  • Corporate compliance certification: a project setup tailored to your company’s confidentiality requirements.
  • An operational adoption roadmap: the action plan for rolling out the tool to the team and tracking time savings.

After completing the Master's program, you will know

Read data like an analyst: query databases and business reports using natural language. No more confusing Excel spreadsheets—just actionable insights in minutes.

Build AI agents for your department: design and train autonomous virtual assistants tailored to your data and procedures. Starting next Monday morning.

Bringing AI into your business without legal risks: navigate the GDPR, the AI Act, and IT policies with practical tools. Compliance becomes a competitive advantage, not a hindrance.

Driving change in your team: Do you have a structured plan for overcoming resistance, rolling out the tools, and measuring results in the coming months?

Who we are looking for

Managers and department heads with team leadership responsibilities: You manage budgets, people, and operational workflows in HR, Marketing, Operations, or Finance, and you have the authority to implement new methodologies in your department.

Senior professionals between the ages of 35 and 55: You bring a solid professional background and an established career to the table, but you remain open to change and the modernization of processes.

Pragmatic, results-driven professionals on Monday morning: Forget traditional theoretical training and look for no-code solutions to automate workflows, overcome internal privacy barriers, and optimize your department’s time.
