Cristiano de Nobili has been working in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for more than seven years, having earned a PhD in Particle Physics and Theoretical Statistical Physics at SISSA. He is currently Lead AI Scientist at Pi School, where he leads Deep Learning projects to solve problems with a positive social or environmental impact (AI4Good). He was formerly a Researcher in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and is now also a Digital Ambassador for the European Commission.
Cristiano has a strong interest in AI research and Quantum Machine Learning, which is the joining point between his past and present experiences. He is a lecturer in Machine Learning and a TedX speaker; In addition, he is a civilian pilot with over 300 hours of flight time as a Pilot in Command (PIC).
