Digital Entrepreneurship

Where your next big thing begins

Starting November 6, 2026 | Duration: 120 hours | 8 modules | 10+ professionals

since 11/06/26

Do you want to spend a year writing an 80-page theoretical business plan that will become obsolete in three months, or do you want to find out over the course of a weekend whether your idea actually holds water?

The Digital Entrepreneurship master’s program doesn’t teach you the theory of entrepreneurship: itit gives you the practical tools, the methodology, and the network of founders you need to stop dreaming and start building your business.

Two concrete takeaways:

A validated business model: use real-world tools to test whether your solution addresses the problem, verify that your idea has a real market, and analyze its financial viability before risking your own capital.

A pitch deck ready for investors: create a compelling presentation, speak the language of investors, and lay out your growth strategy without winging it

The program

You have a digital idea up your sleeve but worry it might turn out to be a pipe dream without a way to test it. The master’s program combines two operational clusters that run in parallel throughout the year: STARTUP, where you validate and prototype your concept, and MINDSET, where you gain experience in leadership and product management.

Grow your business weekend after weekend with practical tools and use AI to speed up execution. You won’t be studying hypothetical cases: you’ll build your business step by step, with support from a dedicated mentor, all the way through to the final pitch day in front of real investors.

1. STARTUP OVERVIEW, STORYTELLING & PERSONAL BRANDING

Define the scope of your project and learn how to use your presence, voice, and story to sell your vision to partners and investors.

Your startup's assets:

  • A clearly defined project scope: outline the technologies and market boundaries of your business.
  • A preliminary pitch deck: use storytelling to persuade talent and investors.

2. PROBLEM DEFINITION

Stop guessing and start testing. In this module, you’ll identify opportunities in trends or break down your project to see if it holds up when put to the test.

Your startup's assets:

  • A working Miro board: set up the shared workspace to collect data and validate the concept.
  • A set of research tools: map data and gain real insights with your first online session with the tutor.

3. Creativity & Idea Generation

You use creative and hands-on methods to refine your proposal, find your angle, and develop a solid concept.

Your startup's assets:

  • A well-structured business concept: turn your idea into a business proposal that stands out in the market.
  • A proven creative framework: use LEGO Serious Play to unlock innovative strategic solutions.

4. PROTOTYPING: BUSINESS MODEL, BUSINESS PLAN & GTM

Not sure how to assess the financial viability of your idea or how to attract your first customers right from launch day? Build the project’s financial framework, define the revenue model, and establish the go-to-market strategy.

Your startup's assets:

  • A sustainable business model: plan your business's income, expenses, and cash flow.
  • A Go-To-Market Strategy: Structure your sales efforts to acquire your first real users from day one.

5. Project Management vs. Product Management

Learn not to confuse day-to-day operations with strategic vision, and use the right frameworks to build a product that people love.

Your startup's assets:

  • A product development roadmap: Plan releases based solely on the value delivered to the customer.
  • An agile management approach: learn operational frameworks through active, hands-on simulations.

6. Growth Marketing & Customer Experience

Explore the tools of digital marketing as they apply to your specific project and design a customer journey to turn customers into brand advocates.

Your startup's assets:

  • A scalable acquisition funnel: use digital marketing to grow your business’s user base.
  • A Customer Experience Map: Design an effective user journey to boost customer loyalty.

7. VENTURE CAPITAL

Get inside the mind of an investor, understand what convinces them to write a check, and analyze the entire journey from seed to exit.

Your startup's assets

  • An investment metrics dashboard: It identifies the key financial indicators tracked by the funds.
  • A fundraising roadmap: Analyze the contractual and financial milestones for raising capital.

8. THE FOUNDER APPROACH

Does the idea of leading a team scare you when you're the only one with a complete picture of the business? Build a solid company culture that can withstand expansion and learn to manage change as you transition from a startup to a scale-up.

Your startup's assets:

  • An organizational culture plan: establish internal values to align and coordinate the team as the company grows.
  • A validated final presentation: define your strategic roadmap using the online checkpoints—Draft Review (20 min) and Pitch Clinic (20 min)—before the exam.

CHECKPOINT WITH A TUTOR

Classes are over, and you still find yourself alone with your idea? Here it works differently.

Starting from the first weekend, you’ll have a dedicated mentor—someone with a background in startups—who will guide your project every step of the way. You won’t be meeting professors: you’ll be working with people who’ve already done what you’re trying to do, who understand your business idea, and who’ll help you get unstuck when you hit a roadblock.

You encounter organized checkpoints, not makeshift ones:

  • Introduction to the Personal Project (Group session, 1 hour)
  • Research Tools (1:1, 15 minutes)
  • Miro review (1:1, 15 minutes)
  • Business Model and Go-to-Market Review (30-minute 1:1 session)
  • Draft presentation review (1-on-1, 20 minutes)
  • Pitch Clinic (20-minute one-on-one session)

After completing the Master's program, you will know

By the end of the master’s program, you’ll have spent your first year as a founder.

Validate your idea before risking capital: you’ll nip capital waste in the bud because you’ll use real tools to map the market, test the problem, and validate your idea before spending a single euro to launch it.

When presenting to investors and partners: speak their language, face a real panel of judges with confidence, and defend your business metrics with the authority of someone who knows how to close a deal.

Navigate the chaos of starting a business with a clear strategy: manage product development, coordinate your team, lead digital marketing campaigns, and handle fundraising negotiations without ever resorting to improvisation.

Who we are looking for

This master's program is for you if you've already tried everything—except this.

We’re not looking for people who want a master’s degree just to spruce up their résumé. We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit , an open-minded outlook and the awareness that the right moment doesn’t just happen—you make it happen.

An aspiring founder or startup entrepreneur who wants to avoid the mistakes typically made in a company’s first year and is looking for a strategy for entering the market.

A digital project creator or a recent graduate with an idea in mind who wants to stop guessing and start testing in the real world

A professional who is considering leaving their current career path to start their own business in the digital sector.

They say about MADE

The method

Are you worried about wasting time in passive, theory-based classes or about not being able to balance your studies with your job?

The Digital Entrepreneurship master’s program features a blended learning structure designed to give you maximum flexibility and allow you to start working on your business from day one.

You’ll experience two complementary ways of working: attend in-person sessions at the Roncade Campus to build relationships and receive direct feedback. During the week, you’ll alternate between remote online sessions to work on files and models directly from your computer

Manage your schedule with standard weekends on Friday afternoons (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM) and all day Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) , with the exception of the initial bootcamp , which requires a full-immersion format (Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Pitch Day

The Pitch Day is not a traditional academic exam. Take the stage for a real presentation in front of a panel of investors: professionals who, if your project convinces them, will choose to fund you and actually invest in it.

You’ll face the jury with complete confidence because you’ll have months of one-on-one mentoring, a dedicated Pitch Clinic, and a business plan that you’ve refined step by step. Stop fearing the blank page and stop improvising: you’ll present a real business that you’re building day by day with your own hands.

Frequently Asked Questions

What level of experience is required to join the program?

The Master’s program is designed for those who have a business idea—or want to develop one—in the digital world. A bachelor’s degree or specific experience in the tech sector is not required. Admission is based on motivation, entrepreneurial aptitude, and the alignment of the project with the program’s objectives.

How does the program work? Do I have to attend every weekend?

No. The Master’s program follows a blended format: some modules are held in person at the H-FARM campus in Roncade (TV), while others take place online in the evenings during the week. The in-person modules are those in which direct interaction and networking create value that cannot be replicated remotely.

Can I participate even if I don't have a startup idea yet?

Yes. One of the first modules is specifically designed for those who don’t yet have a clear idea: you’ll learn how to identify opportunities in digital market trends and build your value proposition from scratch.

What is the tutoring included in the program?

A mentor with a background in the startup world will guide your project throughout the master’s program. There will be six structured check-ins (15 to 30 minutes each), in addition to the introductory group session in the first module. The check-ins are held online, except for the first one, which takes place on campus.

How are applications evaluated?

After completing the application form, you will have an online interview with the Orientation & Admission team. You will receive a response within 5 business days.

When will I receive a response regarding my application?

You will receive feedback on your application within 5 working days of the selection interview.

When are the classes held?

In-person sessions are held on Friday afternoons (2:30–6:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.). Online sessions are held on weekdays in the evening (6:00–8:00 p.m.).

What kind of degree is awarded upon completion of the program?

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion and a digital Open Badge that you can share on LinkedIn as official proof of the skills you have acquired.
