Zeno Tosoni is an entrepreneur driven by a deep passion for innovation, technology and wellness. He founded a startup that achieved a successful exit, culminating in its acquisition by Greenyard, a major multinational group. Subsequently, Zeno continued to work with Greenyard as a strategic consultant, focusing on innovation and business development.
He currently serves as Startup Manager at H-FARM's Entrepreneurship & Startup Center, where he is enthusiastically dedicated to mentoring early-stage startups, and working with young entrepreneurs. In addition to this, Zeno is a lecturer for the Master in Digital Entrepreneurship at H-FARM College and frequently shares his expertise as a guest lecturer for Entrepreneurship and Strategy courses at Ca' Foscari University. He also actively participates as a startup mentor in several hackathons, with the goal of inspiring and mentoring the next generation of innovators.
He is also leading several Open Innovation projects at H-FARM, where he facilitates collaboration between industry leaders and startups to foster joint innovation.
