With nearly 20 years of experience in corporate, tech companies, and international scale-ups, she specializes in organizational development, talent management, and leadership. As a coach and trainer, she accompanies leaders and teams in the development of awareness and performance, integrating strategy and culture to create contexts in which people can express their maximum potential—generating value for themselves and for the company.
