The program

HR Forward is a comprehensive program designed to rethink the role of HR in a strategic, human-centric, and data-driven way. You will explore People Strategy andthe Employee Journey, learning how to design effective work experiences that combine business objectives, well-being, and personal development. The program integrates advanced digital tools, data analysis, and real-world case studies to address the issues of talent attraction, growth, and retention in an innovative way, strengthening the dialogue between HR and business and generating real impact in organizations.

1. People Strategy & Employee Journey

This module provides participants with an overview of People Strategy, exploring the concept of Employee Journey and its impacton Employee Experience, with a strong and constant focus on corporate culture, which will be continued throughout the course.

The module aims to develop skills in mapping touchpoints, and in the collection and analysis of data, and in the use of digital tools (such as AI, Data Visualization, and HCMS) to design effective and personalized work experiences. The course concludes with an analysis of best practices.

The module therefore provides the two lenses through which the entire master's program must be followed: the human-centric and the data-driven.

2. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

The module was created with the aim of providing a strategic understanding of Employer Branding as a lever for attracting talent. a lever for attracting talent and keep them engaged, exploring communication tools and channels with a focus ondigital innovation, creativity , and data analysis to optimize the conversion process from prospect to hired. Significant space will be dedicated to the topicof intergenerationality within organizations so that it can be transformed from an obstacle into an opportunity.

3. Talent Acquisition of Potentiality

The module aims to provide an overview of the evolutionof Talent Acquisition and the new role it plays in today's HR world. The concept of talent is outdated, and companies are now looking for high-potential individuals. It then covers how the recruiting process works , the new technologies that optimize it, and its relationship with the business.

4. People management

This module aims to help students understand, through extensive use of practical activities and case studies, how important it is to building bridges between managers and employees and helping both sides in triangulation. The professionals we train will therefore develop fundamental skills in today's world of work: from assertive communication to active listening, from understanding and managing group dynamics to creating high-performance teams, from developing trust within the team to creating pleasant and functional work environments.

5. Performance, Talent Management & Total Reward

The module was created with the aim of illustrating the transition from a traditional Compensation & Benefits approach to an integrated Total Reward system. Total Rewardsystem, analyzing the strategic role of Performance Management as a lever for attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.

Some of the topics covered in this module will be: Who is responsible for evaluating people? What objectives are people evaluated on, and who sets them? What role do new technologies play in this process?

6. Learning & Development

The module aims to integrate Learning & Development and Performance Management to transform employee training into astrategic and personalized experience that enhances individual aptitudes, passions, and potential. Training is a journey—we strongly believe this—and companies must guarantee each passenger a ticket to their destination, combining corporate goals and vision with personal aspirations and interests.

7. People Fundamentals - Operations and Administration

The module aims to provide an overview of the main operational activities in the HR area, focusing on the most innovative aspects of core processes of People Operations, in line with the current dynamic and constantly evolving context. It also provides the basis for understanding and managing labor costs through planning and budgetingtools, with an integrated approach combining economic and strategic workforce planning. To build HR Business Partners (HRBPs), it is essential to communicate with the business, negotiate priorities and budgets with the various divisions of the company.

8. Prevention, Retention, and Exit

This module concludes the Employee Experience course by focusing on HR levers to prevent disengagement and retain talent, enhancing every stage of the Employee Journey. Students will then be guided through a retrospective process to help them consciously and effectively transition from the classroom back to work and define useful strategies for putting the knowledge and skills developed during the master's program into practice. Students will be responsible for bringing what they have learned back to their organizations, allowing them to flourish and gain a competitive advantage.
