She is a senior HR leader with over twenty years of experience in organizational creation and development, gained in start-ups, scale-ups, and corporate restructuring processes.

A certified coach, she guides individuals and teams on their journey toward reaching their full potential, combining strategic vision with listening skills.

Her experience is mainly focused on the fashion and design sectors, but also includes collaborations with industrial and technological companies, which have allowed her to gain a cross-cutting view of the business.
