Emanuele Ciccarelli, a graduate in Philosophy specializing in Human Resource Management and Organization, is a coach, facilitator, and trainer specializing in systemic potential development, experiential training, and creative leadership. 

Since 2021, he has been co-founder of the ARIADNE Coaching School | Creative-Experiential Training
& Coaching, where he serves as Learning Designer and Trainer for the ICF-accredited
coaching and team coaching training programs.
Since 2020, he has been a trainer and Italian representative for the Danish Business School KAOSPILOT.
Emanuele is ACC ICF certified with over a thousand hours of Coaching, Group Coaching, and Team Coaching
under his belt. Since 2018, he has been certified as a Core Quadrant® Trainer and Italian partner of Core Quality International. In addition, since 2018, he has been a certified facilitator in the Lego® Serious Play® methodology.
He has over 7 years of experience in business and consulting (PwC, Deloitte, Dolce&Gabbana) in the field of HR Transformation.
