Founder & CEO of Amploom, a company that supports people in organizational transformation projects through the use of methodologies related to Service Design, Design Thinking, and Organizational Culture Design. He is Visiting Professor in Design Thinking at H-Farm College and part of the faculty at Talent Garden, specifically for the executive course "Design for Human Resources" at POLI.design, Talent Garden, and Amploom. He is a lecturer at the Politecnico di Milano in Service Design for HR, Ca' Foscari University of Venice, and the University of Padua.

 

She is co-author of the book "Organizational Culture Design: designing meaningful corporate experiences for people, to increase engagement, belonging, and value," published by Guerini Next.

 

She previously worked at Volkswagen headquarters in Germany, where she was responsible for adopting Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies to support business transformation processes.
