After several years in business roles, he fell in love with the world of human resources, where he began his career in roles related to management training, sales, and customer experience.

Over the years, he has taken on additional responsibilities in the areas of HR development, training, sourcing, and recruiting, designing projects for innovation, digitization, and transformation of the Human Resources department, where he applies customer-centric approaches to the world of employee experience.

He teaches in Europe, the US, China, and Japan, designing and delivering training content in Italian, English, French, and Spanish. With 18 years of experience in various industries, including telecommunications, retail, luxury goods, and strategic consulting, gained in both established companies and start-ups, he is currently HR Director for the JAKALA group, an Italian-based company with more than 3,500 employees in 20 countries and a turnover of €520 million.
