Abstract

We developed for Pettenon Cosmetics "Innovation Day: Customer Centricity" an intensive day of training and team building at H-FARM. Participants conducted a workshop on implementing some "AI agents" to improve the organization's Customer Centricity, identifying how innovation can place the customer at the center.
