A 2.5-hour online session, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We’ll start with a plenary session introducing H-FARM Business School and the staff, then we’ll divide you into breakout rooms dedicated to your Master’s program for a vertical challenge with the support of a faculty member. After a short break, you’ll tackle a general challenge based on a business or social scenario in mixed-group settings. Each challenge concludes with a presentation of the results in the plenary session.

No, we don’t make decisions based on resumes alone. We look at how you work in a team: whether you build on others’ ideas and engage those who remain silent, whether you take charge and provide direction when the group gets stuck, whether you raise critical points and know how to respond to objections, and whether you meet deadlines and adhere to operational constraints. These are the soft skills that really matter.

We only ask that you have a basic familiarity with the online tools we'll be using—screen sharing, breakout rooms, chat, and working audio and video. No advanced skills are required: this is more of an assessment of your digital literacy than a technical test.

In the following days (October 12–13), the selected candidates will be invited to an individual interview with our staff. The official announcement of the winners is scheduled for Friday, October 16.
