Sebastiano Di Luozzo is Head of H-human Development and Professor at H-FARM Business School, where he teaches Global Operations & Supply Chain and Digital Transformation. He holds a doctorate in Operations Management from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", collaborating on research projects related to Human Excellence and Organizational Transformation.
Since 2018, he has worked on Strategy and Operational Excellence projects in different sectors, including Manufacturing, Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals. Author of more than 15 scientific publications, he has also organized international conferences on Performance Measurement and Management. In 2020, he was appointed Italian Delegate and National Expert to the European Standardization Body (CEN) for Cultural Transformation of Organizations.
