Michela Barcella has worked in strategy consulting between Milan, Boston and Paris, as well as operating as a headhunter internationally.
Co-founder of Amygdal, a consulting and executive search firm, she is also Talent Advisor for Panakes, a European venture capital fund.
As a Professional Coach, she has taught Personal Development at H-FARM College and conducts Growth Mindset workshops for companies internationally.
A graduate in economics from Bocconi University, she has also studied at Duke University, Universiteit van Amsterdam and London School of Economics.
In 2012 she published her first novel, "The March Snow."
