Giovanni Puliti has worked as a consultant in the IT industry for more than 20 years. In 1996, together with other collaborators he created MokaByte, the first Italian web magazine dedicated to Java. Since then he has been training and consulting as an architect on Java EE technologies. Author of numerous articles published both on MokaByte.it and in industry magazines, he has participated in several editorial projects. He regularly participates in conferences as a speaker, in the past on topics related to Java EE technologies, while in recent years his talks have focused on Lean/Agile issues, Agile Coaching, and people management in work groups. After working for a long time within web enterprise projects, as an expert in technologies and architectures, he moved on to provide consulting in project management. He has embraced agile methodologies for several years now, offering his support to companies and organizations as both an agile coach and business coach.
