For over 12 years, Francesco Salonia has been transforming the way companies work, innovate, and adopt cutting-edge technology to transform their businesses.

From 2021 to 2025, he was CEO and Chief Strategy Officer of Laborability, a tech startup with the goal of making public welfare more accessible with the help of Artificial Intelligence.

He previously worked for H-FARM as a business design and digital transformation project manager, supporting large multinationals in Italy and abroad in a variety of fields and sectors, particularly retail, insurance, and FMCG: e-commerce, IoT, machine learning and analytics, venture building, process optimization, and customer experience.

Today, he is also co-founder of Better Together, an association that combats urban loneliness, and teaches economics at the European School of Economics.
