I lead the Custom Programs division at H-FARM Business School, engaging with corporate challenges on a daily basis and leading a team of professionals who design cutting-edge, bespoke learning experiences for companies and professionals.

Before that, I was a university professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Postdoctoral Researcher at Bocconi University, and a PhD Candidate at the Venice School of Management (Ca’ Foscari University), researching entrepreneurial strategy, corporate-startup collaborations, and open innovation. My teaching experience spans entrepreneurship- and innovation-related topics for undergraduate, Master’s, and MBA students.
