Edoardo Guerrieri is Partner and Investment Director at FNDX, a Dubai-based venture capital fund that manages €200 million in assets under advisory and invests in high-tech European B2B scale-ups, with a particular focus on software as a service, recurring revenue models, and marketplaces. He has been working in the international venture capital ecosystem for almost ten years, supporting the growth of startups and scale-ups through investments, strategic advisory, and the development of industrial partnerships.

He is a member of the Investment Committee of Azimut Digitech Fund, Azimut's VC fund specializing in B2B Software, part of one of Europe's largest independent asset managers. At the same time, he serves as Director in some of the most dynamic companies in the European tech landscape, including Subbyx, A-Cube, Veycore, Young Platform, BRIDGE Logistica, Dscovr, and DBridge, contributing to the strategic development of innovative business models in the fintech, digital logistics, automotive, applied AI, and digital platforms sectors.

Prior to FNDX, Edoardo gained experience in venture capital in Europe, the Middle East, and Silicon Valley: he was Senior Portfolio Manager VC at Azimut Middle East, Investment Manager at GELLIFY, and Venture Associate at Benhamou Global Ventures in Palo Alto, where he focused on investments in cybersecurity, mobility, robotics, and industrial IoT.

He began his career in deep-tech startups, working in business development for Shared, an insurtech company based in the Bay Area, and CellPly, a biotech and digital health startup that won the European H2020 SME Instrument Phase 2 grant. Previously, he coordinated international development projects at Roncucci&Partners, liaising with companies and institutions in India, Brazil, Serbia, and Tunisia.

Edoardo holds an MBA in Innovation Management from the University of Bologna and studied in the United States at the University of California Santa Barbara and De Anza College. He has received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Leadership Award, the title of MBA 1st Rank, and selection for the Silicon Valley Mindset Program.

Today, it operates across Europe and the Middle East, investing in technologies that are transforming key sectors of the global economy, with a focus on B2B SaaS, marketplaces, digital infrastructure, and applied AI.
