I am a psychologist and executive coach, specializing in NLP, Complex Systems, Eriksonian Hypnosis, Operational Epistemology, and Relational Mediation.

For over thirty years, I have been managing Hermes Consulting, a benefit corporation operating at European level in cultural transformation, conscious leadership, and corporate longevity.

I believe that every real change comes from within, from the ability to recognize who we are and the value we can offer to others.

In my work, we create transformation paths together that focus on identity, awareness, and the possibility of generating a positive impact on people and organizations.

In 2024, I presented the holistic Change Culture model developed with Hermes Consulting to the Department of Sustainable Leadership at the University of Cambridge, recognized for its effectiveness in cultural transformation. I am the author of articles for Harvard Business Review Italia and participate in conferences for CEOs and governance teams.

A fundamental part of my work is dedicated to young people, because I deeply believe in the importance of guidance that starts from within, from the conscious discovery of inner talents and values. Accompanying them in shaping their future is a privilege and a responsibility that I feel deeply.

I love working in depth, because that is where real change happens. Every organization and every person has a light to recognize and express. My job is to stand alongside those who feel the need to bring out this transformative energy, so that it generates value over time.

I was born in Verona and have lived in Florence for over thirty years, a city that has enriched my personal and professional life.
