Kion Group | Top Management retreat

We developed for KION Group the retreat for top management at STILL Italia's Luzzara plant, entitled "Artificial Intelligence, Digital Operational Excellence & Growth Mindset." The two-day program covered topics related to digital transformation, AI and Digital Operations, and aimed to equip leaders with the skills to drive innovation, growth and to better manage the needs of Gen-Z and new generations.
