The world of Retail is facing a real revolution: emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, digitization of processes, and changing consumer habits necessitate a new approach to the market. 

The Retail (R)Evolution Leadership Retreat is an educational experience, designed by H-FARM Business School in collaboration with Retail Institute Italy, designed to give the leaders of today and tomorrow a solid foundation on which to build innovative strategies, improve the customer experience and successfully manage digital transformation.

Founded in 1995, the Association with over 200 Members represents the Retail ecosystem in Italy, thanks to the presence of all its components: Retailer, Food & Non Food Company, Service & Solutions Provider. Our mission is to promote the Retail culture through information, education and inspiration of the protagonists of the ecosystem

The program

This program offers a practical, hands-on and strategic perspective through immersive activities on the H-FARM Campus and classroom sessions focused on the most current topics: Growth Mindset & Leadership, AI & Digital Transformation, and Digital Operational Excellence. It is designed for innovators and those who wish to explore with the emerging technologies to drive digital transformation within their organization.

1. Growth Mindset & Leadership in Transformation

Keys and tools for dealing with exponential change in retail, thanks to interactive tools, role playing, and leadership exercises.
Developing a growth mindset to lead teams and organizations in challenging and constantly evolving contexts.
Consultants from Lumina, a consulting firm founded at H-FARM College and entirely managed by young people from Generation Z, will be involved.

What level of seniority or professional experience is required to access the program?

The retreat is dedicated to those who are key players in the retail world and want to anticipate change by exploring new models and technologies that are transforming the sector.

Is a specific academic qualification required, or does the assessment of work experience prevail?

A university degree is not required: assessment is based on professional experience, personal motivation, and consistency of the applicant's background with the program's educational objectives.

How do you balance attending the program with a busy work schedule?

It is a retreat, so the commitment is concentrated in a few days and all logistics are managed directly by us (food + accommodation).

What does the registration fee include and not include?

The registration fee includes all teaching activities, board and lodging for activities between the start of the first day of class and the end of the last, and all Learning Experience and Career Boost activities planned throughout the course.

What qualification/certification is awarded and how is it recognized nationally and internationally?

At the end of the course, participants will receive a diploma certifying completion of the course and a digital open badge, which can be shared on LinkedIn in the Education section as official certification of the skills acquired.
