Continuous growth, both numerical and qualitative, in the name of ideas, innovation, sharing and from the readiness to embrace all the challenges of a future that in many ways is already present in people's lives, increasingly permeated byartificial intelligence.
The fourth edition of IMPACT2030 confirmed in full the attention from companies, managers, entrepreneurs and professionals to the event organized by laborability at the H-Farm campus in Roncade (Tv), in close collaboration with H-Farm Business School, for the first time as co-organizer, marking a new record of attendance.
More than 600 people attended the plenary speeches in the large campus hall and participated in the many workshops held throughout the day by Beaconforce, Blumantra, Dritto, Fattoretto Agency, H-FARM Business School, Quest-it, Rise Against Hunger, Risorse, TreCuori, and WI LEGAL.
They also had the opportunity to meet in the exhibition area with solutions from Click2Job, HRTools, InToo, OMM Business, Skillvue, TechAI Lab, Vip District and Wolters Kluwer.
In the spotlight, unveiled by expert and engaging speakers in its many implications, artificial intelligence was shown in all its disruptive power, requiring humans to take a step in its direction, changing paradigms in the way they conceive of work, their rights and their time, learning how to seize anopportunity for revolutionary growth, not only in an economic sense but primarily in a cultural sense, of the individual, organizational and social spheres.
There was also no shortage of opportunities for exchange and networking thanks to the speed dates anddesk area, with many companies ready to introduce themselves.
Artificial intelligence, labor, and law were the key words of the day, which began with the first six speeches, all of which garnered a great deal of attention and curiosity, with data, information, predictions, and keys to interpretations of very strong impact, sometimes even emotional.
Taking the stage were Alessandro Petrillo, CEO of H-FARM Business School; Christian Pedergnana, Head of HR Solution at Teamsystem; Giorgio Sacconi, founder of Fairflai; Tomasz Slowinski, Principal AI Patnership & Build Sales Leader Italy at IBM; Ilaria Carofiglio, Head of Growth at Textyess; and Amato della Vecchia, Head of Digital Experience at Poste Italiane.
In the afternoon after a much appreciated "Show Club" fit break, the discussion continued with seven more speeches that touched on very different topics, all of which were united by the impact of AI. Speakers included Alessandro Rimassa, CEO and Founder of Radical HR, Oriana Cantarella, Senior Manager of KPMG, Andrea Bizzotto and Francesco Sordi, CEOs of Gruppo Vola and Surf The Market respectively, Antonella Sannella, CEO of H-Farm College with Arianna Agostinetto and Elisa Povolo, Senior Managers of Lumina, Costanza Ghelfi, Chief Product Officer of Making Science, Alberto Fraticelli, Founder and Director of Tre Cuori, and Francesco Frugiuele, Co-Founder of Kopernicana.
Gianluca Spolverato, founder of laborability and managing partner of WI LEGAL, welcomed the packed room by urging them not to wait but rather, to take the lead in the change taking place.
"Today we are talking about an urgent issue. A topic that concerns all of us. We talk about artificial intelligence. But not to tell science fiction. We talk about what AI is already doing today in our offices, in factories, in organizational processes, in our daily decisions. And we talk about work, because work is the terrain on which AI will leave its deepest mark," said Dusty.
"Some people are afraid. Others see only opportunity. We want to go one step further today : to understand, then act. That's what this event was created for: to help those who work in business, education, law, and human resources get their bearings, not remain spectators. By listening to real stories, looking at solutions that already work, addressing the technical, organizational, and legal challenges involved in adopting AI.
Because the question is not whether AI will change the way we work: it already is. The point is how we want to drive that change. We want it to be a change that generates value for everyone-not just efficiency, but also rights, well-being, inclusion. This is a decisive moment. We cannot afford to wait."
"Artificial intelligence can help us redesign work: more human, more flexible, more accessible. It can free us from the most repetitive tasks, give us time, help us really include those who are on the margins today. But only if we choose to use it responsibly. Because every technology is a means. It is up to us to decide what end to put it to."
To close the day, the two hosts, Alessandro Petrillo and Gianluca Spolverato, took the stage again.
"If we think about it today we talked not only about opportunity but also about culture. Next year we might come up with just a title on culture and artificial intelligence," Petrillo relaunched, "We heard so many facets and very beautiful metaphors about the challenges that already face us today. Some have used the metaphor of the journey, to frame the relationship with artificial intelligence.
And this trip we took together today was certainly very good, with very interesting speakers. These are moments of growth and happiness for everyone, for you who participate attentively but also for us who organize them."
Finally, Gianluca Spolverato gave an appointment for next October 22, for the fifth edition of IMPACT 2030 where we will return to address these issues in light of the advancements andimplementation of AI in the world of work and especially with regard to the importance of technology in resource management, access to welfare, making companies attractive, and for sustainability.
