I head up the Custom Programs division at H-FARM Business School, engaging with corporate challenges on a day-to-day basis and leading a team of professionals designing cutting-edge, bespoke learning experiences for companies and professionals.

Prior to that, I was a university professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Postdoctoral Researcher at Bocconi University, and a PhD Candidate at the Venice School of Management (Ca’ Foscari University), researching entrepreneurial strategy, corporate-startup collaborations, and open innovation. My teaching experience spans entrepreneurship- and innovation-related topics for undergraduate, Master’s, and MBA students.
