Have you ever wondered what it would be like to "humanize" the algorithm that governs the world of work?
H-FARM Business School, incollaboration with InPlace, launches an ambitious challenge:"Humanizing the Algo."
The two-day Innovation Hackathon will be held at the H-FARM Campus in Roncade (TV), a cutting-edge innovation hub designed to foster creativity and the exchange of ideas in a green environment.
What is it about?
Transform theInPlace business model from a "job posting platform" to a lively and engaging social network for work.
The goal of the event is to "hack" the traditional perception
of temporary work, integrating regulatory reliability with a smooth and social user experience (UX).
Format
Innovation Hackathon, April 13–14, 2026
Two days ofService Design and Innovation Sprint to create innovative business models.
Day 1:Discovery & Ideation (9:00 a.m. — 9:00 p.m.) to map user needs and design solutions.
Day 2:
Execution & Pitch (9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.) to finalize the MVP and present it to the jury.
Focus on innovation, and we'll take care of the rest.
Two lunches and coffee breaks are included for the duration of the event, as well asdinner.
For participants residing more than 80 km from the H-FARM Campus, hotel accommodation is included.
Who are we looking for?
12 people
Target audience: 24–35 years old to form 6 multidisciplinary teams.
Technology & Design
Experts in UX/UI design or developers.
HR & Business
Profiles with recruiting skills and knowledge of the job market.
NB: Experience in social media and community management will be considered a plus.
