I’m a Communication and Design Psychologist, Researcher, and Conscious Futurist. My work explores how awareness and systemic thinking can shape more meaningful futures across academia, business, and social enterprise.

👩‍💻 As Data & Insights Director at AKQA, a leading international design agency, I connect art and science to turn insights into meaningful transformation. I help organisations envision the future collaboratively, designing solutions that are data-driven, human-centered, and future-proof.

🎓 Alongside this, I collaborate as professor with leading universities — including H-farm, IUAV, and NABA — where I teach research, design thinking, and futures literacy. I guide students to question assumptions, cultivate critical thinking, and build meaningful practices for the world ahead.

🪡 As a business partner in my family’s century-old textile workshop, I am developing a new social enterprise branch: an ethical fashion and lifestyle brand called The Novel Alchemist.

🌱 I am a practitioner and facilitator of Theory U, a methodology for sustainable innovation in business and society, and have been Advisor to the Presencing Institute, the organisation that supports the diffusion of awareness-led methods for system change.

In my spare time I explore the intersection of awareness, creativity, and systems thinking, researching how we can design futures that are not only smarter, but wiser.
