Today, digital transformation involves artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation: key skills for strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs andinnovation in public administration.
For this reason, 28DIGITAL and H-FARM Business School have designed new training courses, aimed at both beginners and intermediate levels, to support individuals and organizations in developing concrete and strategic digital skills.
The initiative is part of the DIPS ( Digitalization and Innovation of Public Services) project, funded by the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) as part of the European Digital Innovation Hubs.
A comprehensive, modular training program designed by H-FARM Business School to support professionals, managers, and public officials in developing the digital skills that are essential today. The course takes an integrated approach to Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation, translating complex technologies into concrete tools for improving processes, decisions, and services.
The program is divided into two progressive levels, accessible online in asynchronous mode:
Each level includes three thematic areas:
The course adopts the distinctive approach of H-FARM Business School:
Each lesson combines essential theory, practical cases, and operational summaries. At the end of each section, there is an assessment test.
Upon completion of each level, participants receive a Accredible digital badge, which can be shared on LinkedIn, certifying the skills acquired at the end of a multiple-choice test.
The badge is obtained at the end of the Beginner or Intermediate course. To obtain the badge, you must complete all three thematic courses at that level.
Digital transformation is no longer optional. SMEs and public administrations are called upon to innovate rapidly, while ensuring security, sustainability, and quality of services. However, the skills gap remains one of the main obstacles.
This course was created to bridge that gap: not to train technical specialists, but to empower knowledgeable individuals, able to understand technologies, govern their adoption, and use them responsibly in their organizational context.
