Over the last 25 years, I’ve led leadership development workshops, designed and delivered corporate training, coached executives, advised leadership teams and consulted for organizations on talent-related issues. Across these roles, I leveraged over two decades of experience in human behavior, leadership and culture change to spark positive change and create the conditions for leaders and teams to reflect, learn and transform.
My mission is to light up that spark within organizations and their people, guiding them to think big, work smart, and hit their peak performance. From large, global organizations to agile startups, I help teams and executives break through barriers and emerge stronger, smarter, and more united.
I’ve been recognized as one of Harvard Business School’s top-rated professors, one of the world’s 50 most influential management thinkers by Thinkers 50 and Poets & Quants’ 40-under-40 Professors.
I am the best-selling author of “Rebel Talent” and “Sidetracked,” which delve into the psychology of human behavior and provide advice on how to strengthen our decision-making skills, be a force of constructive change, and create high-performing work cultures.
At heart, I’m a catalyst for change. Whether it’s through teaching, advising, coaching, speaking or writing, I am committed to facilitating personal growth and creating spaces where people feel empowered, inspired, and ready to make a difference.
