The Path to making Innovation Stick
Every journey is unique, but innovation mastery follows five phases: Diagnose → Align → Design → Activate → Embed. I guide organisations through this path, tailoring it to their maturity and goals.
Tools & Experience
To bring clarity, I use frameworks like the Innovation Archetypes and the Innovation Readiness Matrix, together with hands-on experience in startups and scale-ups, where I mastered lean and agile ways of leading innovation amid uncertainty. I now bring this knowledge to corporates, having advised organisations such as BSH, LGE, Miele, Stihl and Infineon on open innovation, stakeholder alignment, and the design and scaling of their venture clienting units.
