Not just a Retreat

Training, remote working, fun, and networking in one week, away from the office.

A furiously intense gathering for those who want to get back in the game and figure out who they can still become.

Location

You will stay in the heart of Corralejo, in the north of the island of Fuerteventura. The philosophy of Coliving and Surfing is sharing: you will find a fully equipped coworking area and cozy common rooms where you can relax, socialize, and form meaningful connections, less than a 10-minute walk from the sea. Whether you want to end the day admiring the sunset, riding the waves, or enjoying a cocktail while sitting on the beach, this is the place for you.

To whom it is addressed

Do you feel that something is missing in your personal and professional life, but you can't quite put your finger on it? Or perhaps you know what you want to change, but you need a little push to take that first step in the right direction?

Or again: do you feel the need to (re)find inspiration to (re)start perceiving a resonance between who you are and what you do?

Then this opportunity is for you. We swim in the same sea—literally.

Training and Development

Under the guidance of Nicolò Andreula and Giulio Xhaet, two highly respected teachers, you will take part in the Find your Flow course. Twenty hours to understand how to recognize and nurture your skills, in a unique setting and atmosphere that would be difficult to replicate elsewhere. Are you ready to jump in?

Sometimes it happens. Even though we have studied, worked hard, achieved goals, and found satisfaction, one day we still feel a little lost. We would like to make new, bold decisions, but we feel stuck. We would like to fly toward something... but we feel trapped.

With this in mind, Find Your Flow emerged.

The program

During the day, participants can work in the coworking space, relax, go for a walk, or take part in various outdoor activities ranging from mild to extreme. Classes will begin every day at 5 p.m. local time (6 p.m. Italian time) and continue until 8:30 p.m. These are the program modules. Click to learn more:

Priorities Changing

Starting from Jung's compass, we will take the time to explore which needs and archetypes have guided our choices in the past and which ones are more present today. This work will not remain theoretical: through practical exercises and moments of discussion, we will learn to recognize the dominant archetype that guides us and observe how it changes in different stages of life. This will allow us to read more clearly the transitions that each of us faces—new jobs, role changes, personal choices—and understand how to deal with them in a more conscious way. The goal is to clearly distinguish which situations help us grow and feel better, and which ones risk dragging us in less authentic or even toxic directions. Many participants in previous editions have said that this phase was decisive in clarifying their priorities and stopping them from pursuing goals that no longer felt right for them.

The Great Beauty

In this module, we will search for our personal purpose, for what truly motivates and inspires us, and what can become a compass for our future choices. We will not limit ourselves to abstract reflection: we will work with guided questions, individual exercises, and group discussions to bring out our most authentic values, unexpressed desires, and sources of inner energy that set us apart. The experience will be concrete and transformative: those who have already taken this path have discovered clear drivers that they had never mentioned before, but which explained most of the choices they had made. At the end, everyone will leave with a personal map that they can use as a reference whenever they have to make important decisions.

Passions and Worries

Here, participants will be invited to share their passions, learning to recognize them as true amplifiers of skills, soft skills, and uniqueness. Passions are not "extras" in life, but fuel that can feed our professional effectiveness and personal well-being. At the same time, we will also explore anxieties, i.e., those signs of unease or misalignment that, if ignored, turn into frustration, but if listened to, become useful warning signs. Through guided work, we will learn to distinguish the moments when we feel "out of place" and transform them into opportunities for concrete growth. Many participants have said that this phase has helped them transform moments of blockage into new ideas, projects, or even significant changes of direction.

The Time Machine

It's time to look back and forward with a fresh perspective. Through personal storytelling techniques, we will reinterpret our past not as a random sequence of events, but as a set of experiences with a common thread that has brought us to where we are today. In practice, we will write and share pieces of this story, recognizing key moments, turning points, and challenges overcome. It will not be a nostalgic exercise, but a true reworking capable of attributing meaning and value to the stages already covered. From there, we will project ourselves into the future, imagining it with the highest possible aspiration and translating it into an empowering narrative that will become the basis for our next steps. Those who have already experienced this phase often say that they have found new clarity in it: the past has ceased to seem like a burden and has become a resource on which to build.

Partner in Crime

In this space, we will focus on discovering the latent connections that inhabit our lives: people, contacts, informal networks that could support us on our journey, even in ways we cannot yet imagine. We will use concrete tools to map these relationships, understand where unexpected alliances may exist, and recognize who could become a true traveling companion. At the same time, we will ask ourselves what kind of relationship builders we are and how we ourselves can become a resource for others. Many participants discovered at this stage that they already had people around them who were willing to help, but they had never asked or never really talked about their projects. This module will teach us how to cultivate authentic connections and turn them into concrete collaboration.

Scenario Planning

A dream remains a dream until it is translated into a real project. In this module, we will do exactly that: we will take the vision built in the previous stages and transform it into a clear plan, with defined objectives, actions to be taken, and concrete timelines. We will not work alone: we will use scenario planning and project design tools to set realistic yet ambitious goals, identify the necessary resources, partners, and skills, and put everything down on paper. At the end, each participant will have a practical document in their hands—their own action plan—which they can start putting into practice immediately after the course. This is where inspiration becomes action: many alumni have confirmed that this phase was the springboard that prompted them to start projects, seek new opportunities, or redefine their career goals.

Smart working

The organization of time and space will allow you to continue working on your projects, taking advantage of the Coworking Room open 24/7 and meeting rooms equipped with desks, quiet areas, Wi-Fi, and a refreshment corner with coffee and tea for your breaks.

Experience

Fuerteventura is not a random choice.

Don't worry, you won't just be working! We have organized activities for you to relax and enjoy the island's potential, discovering new passions, either alone or with your travel companions:

  • yoga & acroyoga
  • surf, kite, and wing classes
  • stand-up paddleboarding
  • long skate
  • beach volleyball
  • hiking among volcanoes
  • beers in the square
  • karaoke until the last off-key note

Networking

The creation of an exchange of ideas, experiences, and visions among prominent professionals, entrepreneurs, and creative leaders will be a cornerstone of the Retreat. In this unique setting, you will find the space to connect with other participants and international digital nomads on a deeper level, forge authentic bonds, and allow new possibilities for growth to flourish.

What those who have been there say

  • With a slightly cooler head, I can say that it's like entering a room of mirrors from which you can see present, past, and future scenarios.

Some scenarios will be liberating, others less so, others will cause some stomach ache, a little fear, impostor syndrome and the like – but what matters is to shed light on the thousand possibilities and feel free to choose without limits of any kind.

FYF is much more than a path of personal or professional growth, at least for me. So, please note that in September, Nicolo' Andreula and Giulio Xhaet, founders of FYF and creators of alternative universes à la Doctor Strange, will launch the second edition.

I'm not telling you to go, but I would say think twice about what you might be missing out on.

    Giambattista Sozzi
  • Objectively speaking, it is a weekend unlike anything you could ever imagine: you have to experience it to understand how certain contexts and people can be a new starting point. It all starts with yourself, but with the right support, your dreams can become reality.

I am delighted to have been part of the first edition.

Giulio Xhaet and Nicolo’ Andreula …fantastic 🤗

    An incredible group

    Lia Razzini
  • Now, one month later, I can say that this course, which will be held again in September, is strongly discouraged for those who:

1️⃣  is happy and fulfilled professionally

2️⃣ doesn't feel the need to step outside their comfort zone

3️⃣ has little time for herself

And, above all, for those looking for a top-down solution, model #guru.

    However

💙 If you are going through a period of professional dissatisfaction but don't have a clear idea of what's wrong,

💚 if you like to challenge yourself

💜 Would you like to meet brilliant people who are in the same situation?

I really recommend you give it some thought. At worst, you'll have a fantastic weekend in a wonderful seaside resort. But I assure you that it won't be bad at all!

    Chiara Forino
  • The dawn of a new #beginning.

After 15 years as an employee of a multinational company, I made the leap into the world of freelancing.

A single post would not be enough to describe this change, but today I have decided to celebrate this moment.

To make it stick in my mind, I decided to take part in #FindYourFlow, a weekend of training and personal development led by Giulio Xhaetand Nicolo’ Andreula.

“Intense” and “introspective” do not adequately convey the beauty and depth of this journey. I hope that other editionswill soonfollow , allowing others to be overwhelmed by such wonder.

My gratitude also goes to my traveling companions, without whom the magic would not have been the same.

    Marina Marchetti
We experienced the last edition in Bari.
How did it go? Here's a recap.
