The project work

From the classroom to real impact: a transformation project to be built on the ground

The master's program culminates with project work in which you will apply the skills you have learned to solve a real-world operational transformation case. Working in teams and guided by mentors, you will tackle a real-world Digital Operational Excellence challenge, developing an intervention roadmap based on data, technologies and strategic objectives. The project work aims to consolidate the methodologies learned, from process mining to generative AI, from Lean to portfolio management, generating concrete and measurable value. At the end, teams will present their projects to a panel of judges consisting of managers, executives and business stakeholders.

The method

The Master's program in Global Operational Excellence with AI and Emerging Technologies combines moments of theoretical learning with hands-on experiences and real-world projects, thanks to the support of entrepreneurs and mentors working in the most important process innovation ecosystems.
