MADE is a journey intodigital entrepreneurship, where you will learn how to communicate effectively, develop creativity, innovative thinking, and leadership skills to lead teams and projects in dynamic environments. You will learn how to leverage AI to optimize processes, devise winning digital strategies, draft business plans, manage complex projects with agile approaches, tackle fundraising and venture capital, and build market-ready startups.

1: PERSONAL BRANDING & EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATION

In an increasingly fast-paced and stimulating world, communication needs to be crisp, engaging and memorable. Top consulting firms, digital unicorns and luxury brands have built their success on authentic and effectively structured stories. Through this module, participants will learn how to use verbal and nonverbal language to build an authentic personal brand and develop a persuasive communication style capable of achieving personal and professional goals.

This module prepares participants to operate in the "Phygital" world, integrating physical, digital and virtual experiences to build strong consumer relationships and develop brands 4.0 capable of enduring.

6: PROJECT MANAGEMENT & AGILE METHODOLOGY

Project management requires method, flexibility and organizational skills. The module introduces traditional methodologies (waterfall) and delves into the agile approach, which is increasingly adopted outside IT as well, through hands-on exercises and serious games.

7: VENTURE CAPITAL & FUNDRAISING FOR INNOVATION

The module provides a comprehensive overview of fundraising processes, startup evaluation tools, and negotiation dynamics with professional investors, combining theory and practice through case studies and exercises.

The Startup LaunchPad is a hands-on workshop to learn how to generate business ideas, build robust business models and effectively pitch projects to investors. A dynamic full immersion designed to stimulate creativity, collaboration and entrepreneurial skills.

Our approach puts you right in the middle of the action, with hands-on experience. With your team, you will tackle a "Make a Startup." It will be a unique opportunity to train your entrepreneurial mindset, hone your skills, and measure yourself against the real world, working on complex problems and bringing tangible solutions.
