The program

The course is divided into three key modules, designed to address the main challenges that HR professionals face every day. The course uses a practical and interactive approach, combining role-playing, simulations, and group exercises. Each module lasts one weekend, from Friday at 2 p.m. to Saturday at 6:30 p.m.

1. AI Explorer

Understanding the basics and strategic potential of AI

1 - Digital Mindset & Artificial Intelligence

Introduction to AI and digital mindset as key skills for tackling business transformation. Participants will analyze emerging trends, GenAI applications, and strategic implications.

Objectives: develop a data-driven mindset; understand opportunities and risks; analyze concrete case studies.

2 - Generative AI: from zero to hero

In-depth analysis of generative AI tools and their applications in HR and organizational contexts. Practical sessions on prompt engineering and the use of AI tools.

Objectives: master GenAI tools; apply them to HR processes; develop ethical and effective prompt design skills.

2. AI Practitioner

Applying AI to HR processes and building the roadmap

3 - AI applications for HR processes

Exploration of the main HR processes supported by AI: recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance management, people analytics.

Objectives: identify areas of impact; use AI-driven HR-Tech tools; reduce bias and increase inclusion.

4 - Roadmap for implementing AI in HR

Collaborative workshop to build an operational roadmap for introducing AI into HR processes. Participants work on real cases and develop concrete deliverables for their own companies.

Objectives: transform insights into actions; define enablers and blockers; develop a scalable operational plan.

3. AI Guardian

Legal aspects, governance, and responsibility in the adoption of AI in HR

5 - AI Act, GDPR, and Workers' Statute

Analysis of the regulatory and legal framework governing the use of AI in HR processes: AI Act, GDPR, employer responsibilities, Article 4 of the Workers' Statute.

Objectives: understand risks and obligations; assess legal impacts on selection, evaluation, and monitoring; build ethical and legal awareness.

6 - Legal & Governance Lab

Practical workshop to develop AI-HR policies, checklists, and governance tools. Participants work on simulations and real-life cases, with the aim of bringing operational tools to the company.

Objectives: draft AI-HR policies; prevent bias and discrimination; build responsible governance models and effective audits.
