How creativity is changing with the integration of generative AI
Opportunity or risk? In this module, we will explore the archetype of today's creative department: how generative AI is transforming the processes, execution, and way of imagining and producing of today's creatives. We will analyze the risks, but above all the opportunities offered by the new technological scenario. We will learn how to make the most of tools and workflows, from theory to practice: we will explore image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney) and animation tools (e.g., KLING), and how to integrate them effectively. The module includes a practical in-depth look at prompt design.

7: Unlocking Practical Skills

The module opens with an analysis of how Transformers work, the neural networks underlying all current forms of Generative AI, with a particular focus on their capabilities and limitations. On this basis, participants will learn how to use various AI tools in a practical way that does not require technical development skills, with the aim of enabling their use in everyday professional life and promoting their adoption within the organization.

 

The project work

The final module will be dedicated to setting up a team of agents specialized in the activities and tasks specific to the participants' companies. In the first phase, we will see together how to set up custom GPTs equipped with a specific knowledge context and personalized instructions based on the tasks they will have to perform. Next, each participant will identify 3-5 areas of expertise or key tasks and proceed to configure their agents, with the constant support of the instructor, so that they are ready to operate in a real work context at the end of the course. Once the initial configuration is complete, it will be possible to test the GPTs immediately, assigning them tasks and iteratively optimizing their configuration based on the results. This optimization work can be carried out with the help of the instructor during online tutoring sessions, so as to progressively refine the solutions developed. The course will conclude with a final presentation, in which participants will have the opportunity to showcase their custom GPTs and test them on real tasks from their respective companies.
