Corporate Intrapreneurship

The master's degree to innovate your company and your career

In a market where competition is increasingly fierce and the real competitive advantage lies in the human factor combined with technology, companies face a double challenge: constantly innovating to remain relevant while attracting, developing, and retaining talent

Today's professionals, especially the younger generations, are not just looking for a role that matches their characteristics and professional ambitions: they want to make an impact. They want the opportunity to grow, understand themselves, learn, and nurture their potential to make a mark.

Bonuses are not enough. To help people and organizations grow, we need new spaces and new skills—to give people the freedom and skills to bring new ideas to life and transform the business.

Offering intrapreneurship, i.e., entrepreneurship within the company, is one of the most powerful levers of Innovation and talent retention.

The program

MACI is an advanced training program designed to transform managers and promising young professionals into intrapreneurs: true entrepreneurs capable of driving change from within. By providing them with the tools to transform ideas into concrete projects, companies not only generate new organic growth, but also offer their best talents the strongest reason to stay: the opportunity to be protagonists in the future of the organization, seeing their potential recognized and realized.

This Master's program provides a complete toolkit for anyone who wants to leave a tangible mark and transform ideas into successful projects, with a direct and equivalent impact on company performance and personal professional growth.

1: Corporate Storytelling, Personal Branding & Executive Communication

Goals

Train intrapreneurs who are not only innovators, but also influential communicators. This module teaches the art of building strategic narratives capable of transforming an innovative idea into a shared project, gaining buy-in from senior management and inspiring teams. Participants will learn to listen actively and position themselves as leaders of change, building a credible personal brand and mastering executive-level communication.

Contents

  • Building impactful narratives: Techniques for transforming data and insights into compelling stories that justify investment and change.
  • Personal Branding for theintrapreneur: Strategies for developing and enhancing reputation as a catalyst for innovation within the organization.
  • Executive Presence, Pitching & Public Speaking: Developing the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to the C-suite and internal investment committees.
  • Communication for consensus: Stakeholder mapping and managing difficult conversations to overcome resistance and create alignment.

2: GROWTH MARKETING & EXPERIENCE DESIGN

Goals

Provide intrapreneurs with an arsenal of tools derived from the world of start-ups and scale-ups to validate, launch, and grow new business initiatives within an established company. The focus is on rapid, low-cost experimentation to demonstrate market traction and on designing user experiences that ensure product or service adoption.

Contents

  • Lean Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Development and application of marketing funnels and growth metrics (e.g., AARRR) to corporate projects.
  • Rapid prototyping and validation: Design Thinking and Lean Startup techniques to test business hypotheses in the field, reducing risk.
  • Experience Design (UX/UI): Fundamental principles for designing intuitive and desirable digital products and services for internal and external customers.
  • Data-driven validation: Using A/B testing, surveys, and data analysis to make informed decisions about the product and go-to-market strategy.

3: THE CREATIVE LEADER

Goals

Develop the leadership skills needed to build and lead high-performance teams in contexts of constant change, uncertainty, and pressure. The goal is to create a culture of psychological safety where creativity can flourish, experimentation is encouraged, and failure is seen as an opportunity for learning, a key concept for business innovation.

Goals

  • Leadership for innovation: Leadership styles that promote autonomy, calculated risk-taking, and cognitive diversity.
  • Creative process management: Techniques for unlocking individual and group creativity, from idea generation to selection.
  • Build a "Fail Fast, Learn Fast" culture: Implement processes for rapid experimentation and capitalizing on failures.
  • Emotional intelligence and ambiguity management: Skills for guiding teams through the frustration and uncertainty typical of innovative projects.

4: REVENUE MODELS & BUSINESS PLANS

Goals

Teaching how to translate an innovative idea into a sustainable business model and a solid business plan. Participants will learn how to define how the new project will create, distribute, and capture value in a way that is aligned with the parent company's strategy and financial objectives.

Contents

  • Value Proposition Design: Identify the real problem, the target audience, and the value proposition using tools such as the Value Proposition Canvas.
  • Business Model Innovation: Use of frameworks such as the Business Model Canvas to design and iterate innovative business models.

  • Business Model Exploration: Use the Business Model Canvas and its variants to explore different configurations of value creation and capture.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Turn hypotheses into concrete experiments (landing pages, MVPs, mockups, pretotypes, surveys).
  • Lean Validation: Methods for gathering feedback and validation metrics (interviews, A/B testing, smoke testing).
  • Unit Economics & Early Metrics: How to measure the first signs of economic sustainability without historical data.

5: AI FOR EFFICIENCY & PRODUCTIVITY

Goals

Equipping future intrapreneurs with the skills to strategically leverage Artificial Intelligence as a driver of productivity and competitive advantage. The course focuses on the practical application of AI, particularly GenAI, to accelerate innovation cycles, optimize processes, and discover new business opportunities.

Contents

  • AI strategy for innovation: Identify AI use cases with the highest potential impact in your industry.

  • AI ethics and governance: Understanding the ethical implications and risks associated with the use of AI in a business context.
  •

6: PROJECT MANAGEMENT & AGILE METHODOLOGY

Goals

Participants will learn how to lead innovation projects in a flexible and iterative manner, ensuring speed of execution and continuous alignment with business objectives.

  • Innovation portfolio management: Tools for prioritizing and managing a pipeline of innovative projects with limited resources.

7: PEOPLE & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Goals

Contents

  • Psychology of organizational change: Understanding the causes of resistance to change and strategies for addressing them.
  • Overcoming "Innovation Killers": Techniques for neutralizing bureaucracy, internal politics, and cultural barriers that stifle innovation.
  • Building alliances and sponsorships: Identify and cultivate a coalition of supporters at all hierarchical levels.
  • Communicating and anchoring change: Strategies for communicating the vision, celebrating intermediate successes, and making change permanent.

8: INTRAPRENEURSHIP LAB

What are we talking about?

A practical workshop that serves as a synthesis project for the entire Master's program. Working in teams, participants will develop a real corporate venture project, applying all the methodologies and skills they have learned. The Lab will culminate in an "Investment Day," where projects will be presented to a jury of managers, investors, and professors.

Contents

  • Project-Based, Action Learning: Development of a business idea from A to Z, with the aim of creating a working prototype and a complete business plan.
  • Customer discovery in the field: Leave the classroom to interview potential customers and validate the problem in order to find the solution.
  • Final pitch: Presentation of the project to an evaluation committee to simulate a real internal funding request.

Who we are looking for

The real selection criterion is not the title, but the role that a person holds or aspires to hold in the process of business innovation. The program is aimed at anyone who has the responsibility or ambition to create new value within an existing organization.

Those who already lead teams and projects

Managers and leaders who need new tools (Agile, business cases for innovation, AI) to transform their leadership and departments into engines of growth.

Those who have the potential to become drivers of change

Senior professionals, talented individuals, and specialists who, while not yet managing a team, have the ideas and drive to launch new initiatives. For you, the Master's program is the accelerator that provides the structure, confidence, and language you need to get management's attention and lead cross-functional projects.

MACI's mission is to prepare today's talents and intrapreneurs to become tomorrow's intrapreneurs. No one excluded.

The project work

The potential is within you:
here you will learn how to bring it out.

The Intrapreneurship Lab puts you right at the heart of corporate innovation. You will embark on a unique "action learning" experience, transforming a business idea into a concrete corporate venture project.

You won't just stick to theory: you'll leave the classroom to do real customer discovery, validating your idea in the field and building a solid business plan and a working prototype.

Investment Day will be your chance to demonstrate the value of your solution by simulating a real internal financing request. It's the perfect opportunity to hone your skills and measure yourself against real-world challenges.

The method

The Master's in Corporate Intrapreneurship combines theoretical learning with practical experience and real-world projects, thanks to the support of entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders operating in the most important innovation ecosystems.

Learning, real learning, happens in dynamic contexts, where we experience and grow together.
